Principal's Weekly Message

Good evening Magnolia Families! Our SBAC state testing continues this week for our 3rd through 6th grade students. Please be sure students get a good night’s rest and eat a healthy breakfast to do their best on the test. Also this week, students will be able to challenge themselves and test their Math fluency on the Principals’ Math Tests. Our 6th grade families are invited to attend a PTC meeting at the Oakdale Junior High School on Wednesday afternoon at 2:45. The meeting will be in the Library and will include planning for next school year. I encourage you to attend and get involved! Also on Wednesday, there will be another opportunity to register new TK or Kindergarten students for next school year. The registration will be held at Sierra View Elementary from 3:00 to 6:00 pm. On Thursday afternoon, we will have a PTC meeting at 2:30 in the Library.  Families are encouraged to attend to help support our students and teachers. Child care will be provided. Saturday is the competition for our Science Olympiad students! Join me in wishing them good luck! Monday is the start of the Science Fair. All students submitting projects need to drop them off at the FES Hall on Monday afternoon from 2:30 to 6:00 pm. I hope you have a wonderful week to come!
